Baby On Board,Still & Things I Love Hearing

Yep, Still pregnant. And lovin' it, honestly. This has been the sweetest pregnancy, including the difficult first trimester (I love being pregnant, nausea and all). I feel great physically, and at such peace spiritually, and emotionally I feel so loved and excited at the thought of holding our daughter any day. So, I realize that the first induction date set many of you off on your guesses... you were paying attention, weren't you?!?!? However, there are a few still in the running. I know God's timing is perfect and we continue to trust in what he wants for our Isabella Grace. His hand has been over this whole situation from the beginning and it has been the sweetest blessing watching it unfold.

I will do my best to keep you updated, but I am truly hoping that the next update is the one telling you she has finally arrived.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THINGS I LOVE HEARING:

1. "...but, you look so young!" (When people find out I am having my 6th child and can't believe I am 37.)

2. "Yes, Mom." (Obedient children are my crowning glory.)

3. "Would you like whipped cream with that?" (Gotta love Starbucks.)

4. "It's actually on sale." (Today, after trying to use a coupon that was for non-sale items. I got a better deal with the sale!!)

5. "The forecast calls for cloudy skies and showers." (Especially around this time... clouds and fog are birthing weather for me.)

6. "Can I pray for you?" (I love when someone is bold and humble enough to offer to pray for me on the spot.)

7. "You're 10 centimeters!" (Come on... who doesn't love this?!)

8. "I have a surprise for you!" (I get this said to me a lot by Natalie. She is always surprising me with little gifts.)

9. "Welcome to Disneyland!" (I am a Disney nut and we can't wait to take Isabella for her first time. We try to go every Christmas.)

10. "I'm on my way home." (When Timmy calls to say he is leaving work. Probably one of my favorite times of the day!)

I had a million of these floating around in my brain last night, but I can't remember anymore. What are some of your favorite things to hear?

Oh, I love the "I'm on my way home" phone call too! Bob is very faithful to do that pretty much every day! And I also love the comments from random strangers who you can tell really DO think our big family is wonderful! Those comments are so encouraging to me.

I can't wait for you next post! I'm hoping it's the one saying "She's here" too! : )

I hope by the time I've written this you'll have had your baby. What a great post! Something I love to hear is, "Let's go just go out to eat". I love to cook and we rarely go out so it is just a nice treat when it does happen. My newest favorite since I started riding my husband's Harley is "Why don't you just hop on the bike and go for a little ride?" I love that one!

As I write this, I wonder if Isabella is making her arrival known.
