A Walk Back In Time With Walker

This was something I had sent friends about Walker about a year ago, but I thought it was so cute, I wanted to post it here. Thanks for reading!

April of 2007...
A close friend sent me a 'forward' about a list of questions
that a 2nd grade teacher posed to her students. Their
answers were really funny, but it made me wonder what
Walker, my 3 year old would answer. Here are his
responses. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

(for those mommies with little ones, I would love to hear
what your children answered)

I'll have you know that I did not prep Walker before
I asked him these questions. I am so amazed by him,
and hearing the answers of my 3 year old, just made me
once again know that I have the ABSOLUTE BEST job in
the world!

WHY GOD MADE MOMS

Why did God make mothers?
1. God made mothers because they need a family.

How did God make mothers?
1. His perfect power-making powers.

What ingredients are mothers made of ?
1.Blood and bones.

Why did God give you your mother and not some other
Mom?
1. Because I only need one mother.

What kind of little girl was your Mom?
1. This question was way too confusing for Walker.
He looked so perplexed.

What did Mom need to know about dad before she
married him?
1.She needed to know if she could get money from
him.

Why did your Mom marry your dad?
1. Because he needed her.

Who's the boss at your house?
1. Jesus.

What's the difference between moms & dads?
1.Well, Moms rhyme with mud and Dad's rhyme with
hud. (I asked what 'hud' means, but Walker said, "it
doesn't mean anything, it just rhymes.")

What does your Mom do in her spare time?
1. Be alone with Dad.

What would it take to make your Mom perfect?
1. Jesus.

If you could change one thing about your Mom, what
would it be?
1. That I could always be with her.

I proceeded to let him know it was the last question,
and he said to me, "Mom, I love you." What a blessing
it is to be Walker's Mommy.

What a great list of questions to ask your son. I have done this with my 4 year old son (not the same questions), but it is fun to document their answers.
