OK, OK, so it is actually a couple of nights after, but, you get my drift. There are still gifts all over the place, but at least most of them are still in boxes. The wrapping was picked up by Walker on wrapping patrol. (Someone gets the honor each Christmas morning. This year it was Walker's turn.)
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse:
Tim took ALL the kids out while I was able to take a 3 hour nap today!!! I slept so well. Tim truly deserves the hubby/daddy award lately. Not only is he super handsome, but is being very thoughtful. Love you, baby.
While visions of sugarplums danced in their heads:
Our vision is more of one specific sugarplum: our little girl coming in June!! God has heard all our prayers along with yours and we will be holding our Isabella Grace in a few months, God willing. Finding out what we were having was so much fun. I will blog about that next, but I couldn't wait to share the news any longer. Especially to Bri and Joanne! (I was going to tell you both at church, but thought this might be a fun way to be surprised...so, surprise!)
The moon on the breast of a new fallen snow:
Yeah, this isn't the most famous line from 'Twas The Night Before Christmas' but, it fit my next comment. We went to the snow yesterday with Manny and Susan (My brother and his lovely wife) and had so much fun. (This is Manny.)
Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night:
I do hope you had a very merry Christmas and spent time remembering that the reason for this day is to rejoice in the fact that a saviour was sent to earth in form of a human, named Jesus, so that we would each have the gift of spending all eternity in heaven with Him. He died on the cross for your sins and mine, as we are all sinners, and if we just let Jesus know that we need Him, that we want to be forgiven of our sins and that we believe He died on the cross and rose again 3 days later, and we want Him to be Lord of our lives; He will enter your heart and believe me, it will change your life! Don't wait any longer to make this commitment to Jesus. You never know what tomorrow may bring, but with Jesus in your life, it will always be blessed with the knowledge that He would NEVER forsake you.
John 3:16-21
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. 19This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

In one of your last comments you said you hoped you had a girl so...congratulations!!!! Isabella Grace is a beautiful name.
Congratulations!!!! I am so happy for you guys. I knew it was going to be a girl. You looked so happy in church today, and so cute pregnant.
Congratulations...I hope I have a girl, too, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high! :-) We are thinking about using Grace as a middle name, too, if we get that chance! Hope you enjoyed the holidays-glad you're feeling better. Early pregnancy is hard, especially when you have several other kids to care for!
